Event Section

An animation displaying  Murial memorial website's event section.

This section helps you to provide event instructions to page visitors so they can attend your loved one's event with ease.

Share the event address along with a map for easy navigation on their phones. If any visitors RSVP, you will receive an automatic email notification from us with extra info on the number of guests that they will bring.

What You Can Do Here

Map Settings/Change to Image

Click this button to change the Map displayed into a photo, or vice versa. We use Google Maps to display the map in this section. Please write an address on the “Change Map Here” text form and pick a location from the dropdown list provided by Google. This will change the Map pinpoint location shown in the section accordingly.

In case you want to show an event-related tribute photo of your loved one, change the map to a cover photo. Simply click “add Image” and upload a photo. Once uploaded, the image will override the map.

Add RSVP Button

Click this button to add an RSVP button. When this button is clicked by page visitors, a pop-up will appear requiring their name, email and number of guests that are coming with them. Every form submission will be recorded by us and we will automatically send an RSVP list to the email recipient that you wrote here.

Add Another Event Section

If you have two separate events, click here to add another Event Section. We will send a different email of the RSVP list unique to each Event Section. So you will always have a clear view of who attending to which event.

Disable/Hide Event Section

Click this button to remove the Event Section from your page.
