Premium vs Free. When to Pay?

We only ask you to pay when you are about to publish your page. At the final step before publishing, a payment page will show if you are using any of our premium features.

We do not charge people when they are just testing around to create a page draft. Everyone can make drafts and preview their page to get a feel for how their created pages will look before publishing.

Knowing your Murial Memorial Type

On the top bar, you will see your Murial memorial type.

In this example, this tells you that you are using our premium feature, which is the Highlight section. If you are seeing this, it means that you are building a Premium Memorial.

When you are about to publish later, a payment pop-up will show up asking you to make payments.

Changing your Murial Back to Free

To downgrade your Memorial page back to Free, disable the premium feature mentioned on the top bar. In the example above, it's the Highlight feature.

Remove or disable the Highlight section and this will turn your Memorial type into a Free Memorial. 

With this state, a payment pop-up will not show when you are about to publish your page. You will be able to publish your Free Memorial for free.
